LEAD Global 360° began in 2016 when Dr. John P. Kelly convened a select group of successful Christian business leaders to discuss the formation of a private organization dedicated to educate new and established business leaders and provide various resources to assist their success.
LEAD Global 360° LLC was created that same year for the purpose of developing and connecting successful enterprise leaders.
LEAD Global 360° (LG 360°) is comprised of a Board of Directors and Advisory Council. The Advisory Council is made up of subject matter experts in their respective fields.
Membership in LG 360° is required to sit on the Board, Advisory Council, or to participate in training events.
Vision: To advance the Kingdom of God by aggregating biblically mature and successful enterprise leaders for the purpose of reforming and transforming nations.
Mission: To globally identify, develop, and empower kingdom enterprise leaders for maximum influence in all spheres of society.
LEAD Global 360° members are dedicated to developing Kingdom-minded business leaders through Developing & Connecting Christian Entrepreneurs
Training Seminars that bring understanding regarding the “7 Spheres of Society” application and how it applies to building a Kingdom business.
Encouraging Member-to-Member connections to facilitate the equipping of Kingdom-minded business leaders.
Assisting in business development with various methods including venture capital, Micro banks, and other methods.
