• Explain How Your Organization Implements Strategies to Reform to Transform Communities and Nations.

• Explain how your membership with LEAD Global 360° would benefit you, other members, and LEAD Global 360°.

The document is automatically sent to our administration team when completed and you press DONE in the orange box at top right of the form. Please note: Membership has an annual fee of $1,200.00.

After speaking to an LEAD Global 360° Representative and you are approved for membership, you will receive an email request to submit other forms necessary to complete your membership.
